Julie Ladd believes that putting the community first means simply loving your neighbor and treating others how you want to be treated and in Athens, Julie Ladd does just that.

Ladd is the Executive Director for Full Circle Medical Center in Athens where she’s been working to provide healthcare to patients and find funding for the organization. Working as Executive Director since 2016, her hard work has led the organization to serving over 200% more patients than five years ago and she has also doubled funding for the center. She believes strong, discerning leadership is the key to successful organizations. She also understands that simple investments in others like words of encouragement and financial aid can help provide a bridge to future success.

A native of Riceville, TN, Ladd attended McMinn County High School. She graduated with a tennis scholarship to Tennessee Wesleyan University before transferring to Tennessee Tech University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing. She is a member of Athens Chamber of Commerce and the Development Coordinator for Valley Christian Academy.

Julie and her husband, Brandon, attend Eastanallee Baptist Church. They have four children: Tucker, Scarlett, Paxton, and Ezekiel.
