Cheryl Dunson

Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Agape Love Foundation, an organization just a little more than a year old, Cheryl Dunson has put her passion of volunteerism to work with many charities and groups in Southeast Tennessee throughout her career. After more than 27 years as the Executive Vice President of Marketing with Santek Waste Services, many know her most of all for her charitable ways outside of the office.

Among the non-profits and organizations Cheryl served as an officer, board member or staff member are the Bradley Sunrise Rotary Club, Rotary District 6780, SPCA of Bradley County, Cleveland Associated Industries Membership, Junior Achievement of the Ocoee Region, Cleveland/Bradley Keep America Beautiful, Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, Hospice of Chattanooga, Keep Tennessee Beautiful, and Friends of the PIE Innovation Center in Cleveland, Tennessee.

As an active member of Kinser Church of God, Dunson serves in Sunday School, as editor of the church newsletter, a Team Build Captain, and coordinator of the Senior Salt Ministry, and Ladies Night Out gatherings.

Dunson is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the School of Communication. Dunson and her husband, Charles, live in Cleveland, Tennessee.
